Abstract:
Tyco International Limited (Tyco), one of the twenty most valuable companies in the US, was accused of corporate fraud in 2002. Its top management was accused of misusing the company's loan system and misrepresenting the company's financial status. In the same year, the company's stock lost a total of $90 billion.
